1. Now comes your petitioner, C.B. Middleton who resides in Jones County, Texas:
that Sarah Albatine Middleton is death that she died 8 October 1919 at Hamlin,
Jones County, Texas and was a resident of Jones County at her death.

2. At the time of her death her real and personal property was $25,000.00 and left
a written will.

On 6 October 1913, Lillan Adams Middleton was living in Hamilin, Texas.

Yes, he was my husband

4. What relation was C.W. Middleton to Sarah Albatine Middleton?
He was their son

She was about 66 years old when she signed the will. I was 46 years old and
C.W. Middleton about 33 years old. She died October 1919. C.W. Middleton is now
dead.
