Pvt. B. H. Smith Honor Graduate

Private Benjamin H. Smith was named as an Honor Graduate during graduation
ceremonies held recently at the Ordnance Automotive School in Atlanta, Georgia.

The Honor Graduate title goes to the student attaining the highest grade in each
class. Private Smith who is the son of Mrs. Comora D. Smith of Celeste is the
one of the more than 70,000 men from all over the world who have been trained as
automotive and allied trade specialists in the Ordnance Automotive School since
its inception in 1941.

Private Smith attended the Ordnance Automotive School on temporary duty
assignment for training purposes and following his graduation he returned to his
home organization, the 21st Ordnance Company, Fort Campbell, Kentucky.
