CATHERINE SMITH

  Mrs. Catherine Smith, aged 69 years, widow of Fillmore Smith, died at her home 
in Wittenberg about 10 p.m., Monday.  She is survived by a number of sons and 
daughters.  Funeral services were conducted at the White Oak Lutheran Church, 
Wednesday afternoon, by Rev. S. D. Sigler of Salisbury.  J. L. Tressler of 
Meyersdale had charge of the funeral arrangements.  Mrs. Smith was a life-long 
member of the Lutheran Church.
