SMITH - LEVINE.

  Mr. Joseph Randall Smith, son of Mr. and Mrs. B. Smith of 1527 Eighteenth 
street, and Miss Effie Levine, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Levine of 
1703 Sixteenth street, were married at 3 o'clock yesterday afternoon at the 
home of the bride's parents by Rabbi Samuel Strauss, of the Hebrew Orthodox 
church.  Mr. and Mrs. I. Levine and Mr. and Mrs. I. Robinson attended the 
couple.  The bride wore a lovely traveling suit.  Following the ceremony a 
dinner was served with the immediate families attending.  Mr. and Mrs. Smith 
left on an eastern trip and upon their return will reside in Altoona.
