SMITH.

  Gorge [sic] Smith died Wednesday at 11.40 o'clock a.m. following a 
long illness from a complication of diseases.  He was born Sept. 15, 
1885, and is survived by his parents, Westley and Mary A. Smith, of 
Williamsburg, and the following brothers and sisters: Frank at home and 
Harvey, a sailor on the U.S.S. Columbia, and Miss Lomie Smith of 
Juniata.  Private funeral services will be held at his late parental 
home on Front street this afternoon at 3.30 o'clock, conducted by Dr. 
T. C. Dunning, pastor of the Methodist Episcopal church.  Interment in 
the Presbyterian cemetery.
