Smith-Noel

At a nuptial mass in Conewago Chapel, Tuesday morning, Sept. 7, at 7 o’clock, Rev. Eugene 
Halftermeyer officiating, James E. Smith, of York, was married to Miss Edith Noel, youngest 
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. T. C. Noel, of Mt. Rock, Adams Co.

The attendants were Miss Annie Smith and Thomas Noel, brother of the bride.

Following the ceremony a wedding breakfast was served at the bride’s home, at which the 
relatives of the bride and groom were present.

Mr. and Mrs. Smith will reside in York.
