Keith Smith, 60, of Pryor, OK, passed away on Tuesday, October 17, 2006, at
his home in Pryor.

Keith was born August 28, 1946, in Duncan, OK, the son of James Floyd Smith
and Mary Beth (Wheeler) Smith. He graduated from Hominy High School and later
attended Okmulgee Tech in Okmulgee, OK. He was employed by Commercial
Fabricators, Thermal Engineering and other heat exchanger companies. He
married Marilyn Brashear on November 27, 1981, in Tulsa, OK. Keith and Marilyn
moved to Pryor two years ago from Sand Springs, OK. They attended East Gate
Assembly of God in Claremore, OK. When living in Hominy, Keith was very active
as Scout Master, school board member and a Kiwanis member. He served as a
Foster Parent. Keith will be remembered as a very active, caring man, who
worked in the service of God, his Family and his Community.

Keith is survived by: his wife, Marilyn Smith of Pryor; his mother, Beth Smith
of Sand Springs; 1 son, Mark Smith and his wife, Jan of Tulsa; 1 brother, Ken
Smith and his wife, Debbie of Tulsa; 2 grandsons, John Lawrance and Justin
Smith.

He was preceded in death by his father, Floyd Smith.

In lieu of flowers family requests donations to the American Kidney Fund, 6110
Executive Blvd., Suite 1010, Rockville, MD 20852.

A Private Memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are
under the direction of Shipman's Funeral & Cremation Service, (918) 825-2468.
