Enlisted: Brooklyn, N. Y., June 13, 1918.
Died: Naval hospital, Pelham Bay Park, N. Y., October 10, 1918.
Cause: Pneumonia, broncho.
Next of kin: Father, Demetrios Belgemis, Island Samos, Greece.
