Enlisted: Kansas City, Mo., July 5, 1918.
Died: Naval hospital, Great Lakes, Ill., September 21, 1918.
Cause: Influenza.
    Next of kin: Mother, Lee Cox Emerson, R. 7, Chillicothe, Miss. 

[Transcriber's note there is no Chillicothe in Mississippi, however there is one
in Missouri]
