Enlisted: Kansas City, Mo., March 29, 1917.
Died: S. S. Rochester, November 3, 1917.
Cause: Killed when vessel was torpedoed by U-boat.
    Next of kin: Father, Abner C. Cox, 4524 Garfield Avenue, Kansas City, Mo.
