    Cemetery was built on land originally owned by the Ross Family, and was established ca. 1849 as the cemetery for the St. James' Lutheran Church.  The church later disbanded, and the cemetery reverted to the Ross family.

Directions to cemetery:
  1) From PA Turnpike 76, take EXIT 48 toward PA-28/PITTSBURGH.
  2) Merge onto FREEPORT ROAD, and follow for 1/2 mile
  3) Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto INDIANOLA RD/PA-910/YELLOW BELT for 0.2 mile.
  4) Merge onto PA-28 N toward NEW KENSINGTON/TARENTUM for 6.6 miles.
  5) Take the PA-366/EXIT 14-toward TARENTUM/ NEW KENSINGTON for 0.2 mile.
  6) Take the ramp toward TARENTUM/BRACKENRIDGE for 0.2 mile.
  7) Turn RIGHT onto BULL CREEK RD/PA-366/RED BELT. Continue to follow PA-366
     S. For 1.6 miles
  8) Turn LEFT onto FREEPORT ROAD for 0.1 mile.
  9) FREEPORT RD becomes LEECHBURG ROAD for 0.2 mile. Located behind Clementine's Family Restaurant, 2604 Leechburg Road, Lower Burrell, PA
