DIRECTIONS: In Addison at intersection of US Rt 40 and Friendsville Rd, take Friendsville Rd for 1.8 mi, turn right onto Polk Hill Rd, go 2.4 mi. Park in front of gate on left. Cemetery approximately 75 yds to left at top of knoll with a few trees. 22 graves.
