Incorporators: George Barnet, H. J. Boyer, Asher W. Herman, H. W. Merrill, A. K. Michler, Peter U. Miller, John H. Neumeyer, William H. Riegel, George Siebert

 

The Easton Heights Cemetery Company was organized December 17, 1890, under the Act of General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, approved April 29, 1874. A Charter was granted on January 12, 1891 and The Easton Heights Cemetery Company was incorporated under the Cemetery Laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, formed for the purpose of maintaining a public Cemetery. The Corporation will exist perpetually. The Board of Directors is elected from among the lot-owners.
