George C. Kirk, Esq., Civil Engineer who surveyed the first town lots of DuBois for John Rumbarger, July 11, 1872. This Photograph was taken at the age of 94 years. Mr. Kirk is still active and when any one wants a lot located he sends for "Squire" Kirk.
