 Directions from the Pittsburgh Airport, take SR-60 Bus/Airport Pkwy toward Pittsburgh for 3.0 miles, take ramp
left for SR-60 South/Orange Beltway for 2.3 miles, at exit 1A, take ramp right for US-22 West/US-30 West/Steubenville
Pike toward Weirton for 0.3 miles, take ramp right for Montour Church Road toward Old Steubenville Pike for 0.2 miles,
turn right onto Montour Church Rd, cemetery is .2 miles on the left.

The DAR described the cemetery as in fine condition with a beautiful location on a high hill. They noted that "Montours
Hill was not only on a high place but the trails East-West-North-South may have crossed here. For a radius of 7 miles -
Carnegie, Noblestown, Clinton, Coraopolis and Crafton, the settlers came to Montours to bury their dead and to commune
with God. The "Meeting Place" is older than the Declaration of Independence. Even pioneers passing by would stop and
sit on logs or lean against their wagon and listen to a sermon here." The first minister at Montours was called on 9 Apr 1789.

This data was collected by the DAR and found in the genealogy section of the Washington PA library. The data was collected
in two separate trips with the first in August 1936 and the second in February 1937. The burial records are not complete.
