This cemetery is located on Smith Ave., .20 mile south of Elton St., Elton, OH, near Brewster. Coordinates: 40 43.380N-081 37.500W
The cemetery has only two monuments that are readable. The one in the overview above has toppled from it's base. It is only barely readable.
Possibly it couyld be uprighted but is too heavy for one person to lift. Thgis cemetery is located (to the south) just behind old M
cFarren School which is now a private residence. There is no access except through private property. The people
who live here will be grant access to the cemetery, but permission must be granted before going there. It is not clear whether the M
cFarren Family or township owns the cemetery land. The township does come in and occasionally mow the weeds.
