| Joseph Russett, b. 1844, Whittenburg, d. 1935 North Creek, Palmer Twp., Putnam Co., Ohio, his wife Katherine Moran, b. May 27, 1859 Ireland. Joseph was the son of John & Mary Russett, Katherine was dau. of John Moran & Margaret Beatrice (?). joseph served in Civil War. Enlisted as a Private on 04 Aug. 1862, age 19. Enlisted in Company G, 101st INF, Reg. Ohio on 30 August, 1862, mustered out on 12 June, 1865 in Camp Harker, TN. John Russett b. Mar. 22, 1889 Henry Co., Ohio, d. Mar. 30, 1956, North Creek, Palmer Twp., Putnam Co., Ohio. He is buried next to his parents |
| Margaret Beatrice Moran, b. Jan. 20, 1838, Northern Ireland, d. Sep. 13, 1913, North Creek, Palmer Twp., Putnam Co., Ohio. She ws the wife of John Moran, b. abt. 1830
We believe he died in 1873, in Mount Pleasant Twp., Henry Co., Ohio. Her headstone sits next to her daughter Katherine Moran Russett, and her son in law Joseph Russett. |
