Powhatan Point, Ohio is in the southeast corner of Belmont County. It's a small community on the Ohio River. The cemetery is clearly
visable from route 7, on the north end of town.

| Long, George A., West Virginia PFC Air Service, World War I, Feb. 26, 1892 - Jan. 3, 1968 George A. Long, 1894 - 1968, was the son of John W. & Mary Ann (Brown) Long. The birth year on his marker is beleived to beincorrect. Louise (Rodgers) Long, his wife, 1899 - 1930. Click here to view her memorial. Louise is buried at Greenlawn Cem., Clarksburg, WV. George A. & Louise also have a son, Kenneth R. Long, RM3, U.S. Navy, WWII, Jun 13, 1926 - Jul. 21, 2000, buried in Fort Logan Natl. Cemetery, Denver, Colorado. |
