Violet J. Walker, 93

Violet  Joy  Starcher Walker, 93, of Lewiston died Wednesday, June 30, 2004,
at Tri-State Memorial Hospital in Clarkston of complications from a fall.

She  was  born  Dec.  7, 1910, to Carl and Iva Arbuckle Starcher at Lookout,
Idaho.

She  married  Jasper  Walker  March  24,  1928, and they lived at Winchester
until  1950.  During  this time, Jasper worked at Craig Mountain Lumber Co.,
and  she was a homemaker raising their four children. In 1950, they moved to
Grangeville.
