Dr. Robert Beardemphl, 67
Dr. Robert Beardemphl died Sept. 10, 2004. He was born in Tacoma, Wash., on Nov.
8, 1936, to Lyle and Amsel Beardemphl. The family soon moved to Grangeville 
where he was raised on the family farm. He graduated from Grangeville High 
School in the class of 1954. He graduated from the University of Idaho with a 
teaching certificate and degree. He later obtained his Ph.D. in Education from 
Washington State University.
