Friends may call at Stuhr's Greenridge Road Chapel, Wednesday evening, October 10, 2001, between 6 and 8 o'clock. Mr. DeBok was born on May 2, 1937, in Russell, Iowa, the son of Harold E. DeBok and Inez F. Pierce DeBok. He was an U.S. Army veteran and the co-owner and operator of Atlas Industrial Repair, Inc. He was a member of the V.F.W. Post 10256, Goose Creek, and the State Director for the Southeastern Chapter of Electrical Apparatus Service Association. He is survived by his wife of Goose Creek, S.C.; son, Dean Allan DeBok and wife Gwen of Fenton, Mo.; daughter, Denise DeBok Herlihy and husband Thomas A. Herlihy, Jr., of Bonneau, S.C.; sisters, Lois Fogle of Chariton, Iowa, Joan McKinley of Roseville, Calif.; three grandsons, Timothy John, Michael Eugene and Joshua Dean Herlihy.
