Richard J. Colello, 44, of Ladson, died Sunday in a Charleston 
hospital. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 18, 2001 at 
11:00 o'clock in Immaculate Conception Church, 510 St. James Ave., 
Goose Creek. Burial will be in Dorchester Memory Gardens, Summerville.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Leukemia Society 
of America, 1247 Lake Murray Blvd., Irmo, SC 29063 or Roper Hospital 
Bone Marrow Transplant Unit, 316 Calhoun Street, Charleston, SC 29401.
Friends may call at James A. Dyal Funeral Home, Summerville from 5 
until 8 o'clock Wednesday evening with a prayer service at 7:00 
o'clock. Born on May 1, 1957 in Jersey City, NJ, a son of Charles V. 
and Marion Miele Colello of Ladson, SC. He attended schools of New 
Jersey. He was owner and operator of Colello Trucking Company. He 
attended Immaculate Conception Church, Goose Creek. Surviving are his
parents of Ladson; one son, Richard Colello, Jr. of Ladson; one 
daughter, Maryann Colello of Ladson; one brother and sister-in-law, 
Charles J. and Deborah Colello of Summerville; two nieces, two nephews 
and two great-nephews. Arrangements by JAMES A. DYAL FUNERAL HOME, 
303 SOUTH MAIN STREET, SUMMERVILLE, SOUTH CAROLINA. (Published Oct
