Linda Irene Feathers Compton, 51, of Hanahan, died Tuesday at her home. Funeral 
services and burial will be private. Born in McKee, Pa., she was the daughter of Frank and 
Arlene Schadenfroh. Survivors include her husband, David Leo Compton, Sr.; a daughter, Lynette 
Michelle Compton of Hanahan; sons, David Lee Compton, Jr., of Hanahan, and Christopher Michael 
Compton of Nuveo, Calif.; sisters, Carol Davis of Lakemont, Pa., and Diane Gergly of Altoona, Pa.
; a brother, Richard Schadenfroh of Altoona, Pa., step-daughter, Twila Craig of Summerville, and
step-sons, Chuch Compton and Larry Compton, both of Charleston, S.C., and eight grandchildren.
