Helen J. Stewart was originally buried in the family plot located on her ranch, the location
referred to in her obituary. In 1970, a local mortuary, Bunker Bros. purchased that land
and agreed to reinter the bodies buried in the family plot in the new cemetery, Eden Vale,
which at one time was also a part of the Stewart Ranch. Helen J. Stewart is entombed in
the mausoleum in Eden Vale with her first husband, Archibald Stewart, Sr. (d 1884). Also
interred in the mausoleum are her sons, Archibald, Jr. (d 1899), Hiram (d 1902)
and William,(d 1931).
