On the microfilm, the first five pages appear in this order: 206A, 208B,
207A, 206B, 208A. Then, for pages 209B through 232B, each of the B pages
precedes its corresponding A page. Page 232B is followed by page 233B
(there is no page 233A on the microfilm). Following page 233B on the
microfilm is a B page misnumbered as page 233. This page is actually page 207B.
The name of each image file is the page number. (In the case of 1880, 1900, 1910,
and 1920 census, the file name includes both the Enumeration District and the
page number.)
