1) James Heart vs James Lane
On an Execution being returned by a Constable Executed on a certain Tract of Land lying near the head of Houses Creek, the property of said Lane. Ordered that the Shff [sic] sell said Land to satisfy the sum of L15.6.7 with out the costs

2) Jesse (could be Joseph) Mitchell vs James Lane
Executed on the same Land Ordered that the Shff [sic] sell said Land to satisfy the sum of L7. with Interest & Costs




3) W. Cullum (?) vs James Lane Jur.
Executed on the same land and Ordered that the Sheriff sell said Land to satisfy the sum of L1.16. with Int. & Costs.

4) Nathaniel Lane vs James Lane Jur.
Executed on the same land and Ordered that the Sheriff sell said Land to satisfy the Sum of L2.7.6 with Interest and Costs

5) William Seawell vs James Lane Jur.
In an execution being returned by a Constable executed on a Tract of Land lying near the head of Houses Creek, the property of said Lane Ordered that the Sheriff sell said Land to satisfy the sum of L7.4.11. with Interest and Costs

6) James Mitchell vs James Lane
Executed on the same Land and Ordered that the Sheriff sell said Land to satisfy the Sum of L12. with Int. & Costs




7) Isiah Reddick vs James Lane Jur.
In an execution being returned by a Constable Executed on a Tract of Land lying between the head of Houses Creek and Rock Branch and a Waggon and Two Mares and Eight Negroes, names Sally, Silva(?), Seully, Hannah, Vilee, Cale(or Gale), Winney, and Ben the property of said Lane and Ordered that the Sheriff sell said property, to satisfy the Sum of Nineteen Pounds with Interest and Costs

8) Isiah Reddick vs James Lane Jur.
Executed on the same as No 7 and Ordered that the Sheriff sell said property to Satisfy the Sum of L11.6.2. with Interest and Costs

In an execution being returned by a Constable, Executed on a Tract of Land, being between the head of Houses Creek and Rocky Branch, and one Waggon and two Mares and eight Negroes names Sally, Silva(?), Cealy, Mary, Violet, Gale(?), Winney and Ben the property of said Lane Ordered that the Sheriff sell said property to satisfy the Sum of L19.10. with Int. & Costs

Levees on the Same property as in No.9. Ordered that the Sheriff sell the same to Satisfy the Sum of L19. with Interest and Costs.

Ordered that the Sheriff of Wake sell said property to satisfy the Sum of L19.10. with Int. & Costs

15) The Same vs The Same
Levees on the same property as in No.14. Ordered that the Sheriff of Wake sell the said property to satisfy the sum of L9.9.8. with Interest and Costs.
