Thomas K. Morrisy, Sheriff, Jesse Oates, Henry Flowers, John Oats Jr., Stephen 
Slocumb, Horatio J. Marley, Lewis F. Williams, Ridden Williams, Robert Bell 
Jr., John Bell, Aaron Hargroves, Jethro Oates, John L. Clifton, freeholders 
unconnected with Sally Stephens widow of Whitley Stevens dec'd came to the 
plantation where Whitley Stevens dec'd formerly lived lying on Drews Swamp 
containing two hundred and fifty seven acres and set off to her one third part 
of the plantation including the dwelling house or mansion of said Whitley 
Stevens dec'd and all the offices and houses, buildings and improvements.
