To register a cemetery with the State Archives, complete the registration form at the link below. Mailing instructions are included. The cemetery will be included in the North Carolina Cemetery Survey Project. County folders are available at the Archives with currently registered cemeteries. Maps of cemeteries may be submitted with the form. Do not include photos.
