...all that Piece and Parcel of Land, situate, lying, and being in the Parish of and County of Orange in the Province of North-Carolina, in America. On the North Side the Reedy Fork, Beginning at a poplar, on the Bank of said Reedy Fork, in the Line that divides the Countys of Rowan and Orange, thence along said line North 320 poles to a post, in said line, thence East 240 poles to a Maple Standing by a small Branch, thence South 229 poles to a Hicory Standing by the Reedy fork, thence up the various courses of said fork, to the Beginning.
