Surveyed for David Hennesey Two hundred acres of land in the county of New Hanover on the east side of Black River including the place called the Iron mind Beginning at a pine at the bottom of a hill on a marsh site(?) below the Iron mind branch thence running N. 57 E. 180 poles to a stake between two marked pines on a sand hill thence N. 33 W. 180 poles to a pine in Great Ready Marsh thence S. 57 W. 180 poles to a stake nigh(?) a pine and near the river thence along(?) the river S. 33 E. 180 poles to the first station.
