This is the marker of the first burial in what is now the Biloxi National Cemetery.
It was called the Veterans Administration Cemetery. 
Mr. Ross  was buried on 24 March 1934.

The structure on the left is an entry portal and the one on the right is used for the final ceremony
where the remains and the casket are released to the cemetery.

The dashed lines are used to show that the cemetery is part of  the Biloxi VA Medical Center.

The Honor Guard of Keesler Air Force Base executes Present Arms as a part
of the military honors to a serviceman.  Then a 3-volley salute is fired.
