In Enumeration District 139, there is a page between 139-08B and 193-09A,
which was given the page number 139-08C.
The following pages were not copied from the microfilm, as they are blank:
133-03B, 136-06B, 141-05B, 143-08B, 144-01B, 145-05B, 145-21B, 145-22B,
145-23B, 145-27B, and 147-01B.
The handwriting was very faint and difficult to read in all of the pages in
Enumeration Districts 134, 135, 138, and 153, and in many of the pages in
Enumeration Districts 141 and 145.
In Enumeration District 133, pages 01A, 01B, 02A, and 02B appear on the
microfilm in the following order: 133-02A, 133-02B, 133-01A, 133-01B.
The name of each image file is the page number. (In the case of 1880, 1900, 1910,
and 1920 census, the file name includes both the Enumeration District and the
page number.)
