Now at this day comes John M. Dunivin by Att'y and represents to the Court.
That L. M. Love formerly administrat? afore the estate of the aforsaid Jackson Abbot dec'. That as such adms the ___ L.M. Love presents
in the 2d day of August 1864 a petition praying for the ___ ___ much of the real estate of said Estate as would be auffiacint le for
and offten the remaining debts against said estate, to the county court of Phelps County, first having probate jurisdiction, which peliboinwas heard and
ordered publication made (record "A" 446), That ____ publication was duly made in Compliance with aforsaid order, and no objections being made the County Court at the
term 1864 ordered the aforesaid & L. M. Love to sell the E 1/2 and SW 1/4 ( _____) Sec. 7 Tp. 37, R 7 real estate pf said estate or so much thereof as should be necessary to pay the debts against said estate; at the following term
of said court, as will appear by reference to probate Record "A" page 484, That at the following term of said Court to wit Feb 1865 the said L.M. Love.

The undersigned would most respectfully beg leave to state that, in the lifetime of said deceased, she placed a note
in the hand of A. J. Abbott to secure him, as security in an appeal bond, (said note was given to her by Lewis James for the sum of 71$ she believed) the appeal suit in which the note was placed was William
Gorman against George & R.P. Mathis for possession of the Blain farm, and afterwards the said A. J. Abbott and Mary A. Blain both dec'd
