The Farmers Creek Cemetery is located in Metamora Township, Lapeer Co., MI. East side of Baldwin Rd, ½ mile south of Pratt Rd. Maintained by Metamora Twp, Lapeer Co., MI. The cemetery does not have a sign. You can contact the Metamora Twp clerk at 810-678-2237 for further information. Farmers Creek Cemetery is surrounded by the wood fence and tall pine trees.
