Location: Inland Township Cemetery is located in section 13, T26N, R13W, Benzie County, Michigan. The best access is from US-31, between Bendon Road and the Grand Traverse County Line. This project required much effort on the part of Harold and Linda Saffron during May of 2005. We acquired a map of the cemetery from Inland township before taking the picyures. After the gravestone pictures were taken, we used the map to locate the lot the headstone was on. We walked the cemetery several times. This cemetery is divided into two sections, the front or old section is close to US-31. The back or new section is behind the old section and uses a different numbering system. We did these sections separately. We may have made errors as we are human, but this should be of great help to people doing genealogy. We wish you luck with your research.
