Layfield Family Cemetery

Princess Anne, Somerset Co., MD

South of Princess Anne between the northbound Route 13 and Old Princess Anne Road

Directions: From the center of Princess Anne travel south turning off onto Old Princess Anne Road, cross
the railroad tracks, go south approximately 3-4 miles, passing Washington High School on the right.
The cemetery is in a small clump of trees in a tillable field approximately 400 yards from the road.
There is a small white house and red barn on the property. The plot was very overgrown and
the stones in disarray when transcribed in 1999.
