    Photograph possibly taken at the home of Willie Rockett's father, Joseph Cannon Rockett in the Camp Creek Community near Bayou Corney south of Spearsville. The man holding the paper is Elder Woody K. Smith, paster of the New Hope Primitive Baptist Church at Spearsville. To the right of him is Willie L. Rockett and his bride, Sarah Elizabeth (Bettie) Ogden. Others identified in this photograph:

  • The boy in the bottom right-hand corner of the photograph, standing 4th from the right is Carlos Rockett, the son of Willie L. Rockett by his first wife Minnie L. Ward.

  • The elderly man with white hair and one eye standing two people directly behind Carlos Rockett is Hosea Holcombe Rockett (1842 – 1914), uncle of Willie L. Rockett.

  • The young man with whose black hair is parted in the middle, standing on the ground directly beneath Willie L. and Bettie Rockett is Benjamin Lafayette Rockett, eldest son of Willie Rockett and his first wife Minnie.

  • The man standing on the porch, second to the left of Elder Smith, is Izzie Paul Breazeal (18 Jan 1885 – Oct 1979), the son of Hosea Woodford Breazeal and Angeline Williams. Izzie was a first cousin of the bride, Bettie Ogden Rockett.
