John Matthews, ca. 1850

 
John Matthews born 1790, SC, and died 10/28/1859 at Spearsville, Union Parish, Louisiana.
He can also be found in Georgia and Lowndes County, Alabama 1830. He married Anna Beck,
Elizabeth Harris and Rebecca Harrell Walton. He had 12 children Sarah, Martha, Mary,
John Thompson, Ann, Joseph Beck, James, Frank Baker, Thomas, Nancy, & Winifred.
