Elgin Dean Hudson

Elgin Dean Hudson (7 Dec 1889 – 8 Aug 1945) was the son of John Thomas Hudson and Susannah Jane Goyne. He was born in eastern Union Parish near Farmerville. He married Emma Coates in Lincoln Parish on 8 August 1920. He worked in the timber business with his brother Robert Lee Hudson in the 1920s, but Elgin and Emma settled in West Monroe in the 1920s and he worked in construction. Elgin died in Chicago of cancer.
