Carrie Hudson & husband William Lee McGough

Carrie Hudson (Aug/Sept 1879 – 29 Nov 1909) was the daughter of John Thomas Hudson and Susannah Jane Goyne. She was born in eastern Union Parish near Farmerville. On 25 November 1896, Carrie Hudson married William Lee McGough (2 Apr 1875 – 8 Oct 1948), the son of Robert Armstrong McGough and Selma Alabama Kennedy. After their marriage, Carrie and Willie farmed east of Farmerville, where she died prematurely in 1909. Will later remarried and moved to Morehouse Parish.
