This photo was made on Christmas Day 1912 at Sam Hollis' home in Spearsville. The children and grandchildren of Sarah Jane"Sallie" Jacobs Hollis (1842 – 1936) and George Washington Hollis (1828 – 1891) are all present. The twelve children are: Sam William, Lizzie Ella Hunt Bennett, Sarah Jane Henderson, Joseph Tyre, John Jordan, James W., Claud, Loyd, Ola Davis, Howard Warner and Carrie Henderson Tucker. George and Sallie had 75 grandchildren.
