This is one piece of the same photograph as above. However, the above copy remained in Farmerville and now belongs to Linda Cole Calhoun. This fragment was taken with Ambrose B. Cole and his wife Linnie Scarborough Cole to their new home in New Mexico when they left in 1921. It passed down to family members there and was returned to Tim Hudson with a collection of unknown Scarborough, Cole, and Albritton family photographs in 1990. Linda Cole Calhoun identified the people in this photograph as Mary Cole Johnson and her husband Ed Johnson, and the infant is Jurd Lee Cole, Sr. The girl standing is unknown.
Left to right: William (Willie) Meek Cole, Minnie Cole (small girl standing), Caroline Webster (Webbie) Morris Cole, Mary Cole (leaning on her hand), and Bertha Cole (young girl at the right). The woman in right front (leaning on her arm) is Martha (Mattie) Cole who married John W. Albritton.
