This is Tillman H. "Tid" Barrett (1843-1934) married to Martha E. Burdett.
 

Tid served in the 13th Reg CSA from Spalding Co., GA. He was captured at
Fisher's Hill, VA and taken to Point Lookout, MD. He was taken to Aiken's
Landing, VA for exchange Mar 7, 1865. After the War, he, his wife and eldest
daughter traveled to Union Parish. Tid & Mattie's other 8 daughters and 1
son were born in Union Parish. Tid's maternal aunts, Sarah Porter Welden,
Rebecca Porter Hancock Elliott, & uncle Tillman Porter, were also residents
of Union Parish.
