This photo was taken in Bernice around 1900, give or take a few years.
Left to right are:
Dutch & Rebecca Barrett Ison, Tillman Barrett, and his only son Gordon Barrett.
Tillman's daughters married Milton, & Charles Mabry. Gordon was born with a birth defect.
Family stories just say he was crippled.
Notice the beautiful fall leaves. You can almost see the colors. There's the old
Barrett home in the background.
