The tables below contain a full-name index to, complete transcriptions of, and images of each original page of the 1830 Ouachita Parish Louisiana Census. Since the Louisiana Legislature formed Union Parish entirely from Ouachita Parish on 13 March 1839, anyone living in this region in 1830 would have been enumerated in Ouachita Parish.

The original 1830 census books were very wide, with the names on the left side and statistics of various household members and slaves going across the page. The "a" pages in the table below are the images of the left side of each page; these contain the names of the head of each household and the white household members. The "b" pages are the images of the right side of each page; these contain the statistics on slaves and the total number of people in each household.
