The Tensas Parish Library Building and Plantation Museum

Built about 1858 by a St. Joseph merchant and partially
restored in 1964. The ground floor houses the Tensas Parish
Library and the main floor contains the Plantation Museum.
It was once known as the Losey House. One room was also known
in political circles as "New Orleans's Fifteenth Ward."
