PERKINS, MAXINE 

Maxine Perkins, 62, native of Lacombe and resident of Slidell, passed away Jan. 
23, 2011. 

She is survived by her husband, Harry Perkins of Slidell two sons, Howard 
Lindsay Jr. of Lacombe and James Patterson of Slidell; five daughters, Danita 
Henderson of Lacombe, Hazel Burns of Atlanta, Ga., Mary McDaniel of Lacombe, 
Latasha Perkins of Columbia, Miss., and Maxine Perkins of Lacombe; two brothers, 
Larry Perkins of Mt. Hermon and Terry Perkins of Folsom; four sisters of Viola 
P. Young of Lacombe, Adeline Perkins of Lacombe, Lola Bradford of Slidell and 
Alzera Allen of Lacombe; 24 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, four children, one brother and four 
grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to the funeral service at 11 a.m. tomorrow at 
the Providence Missionary Baptist Church, 34038 Elks road, Slidell. Visitation 
is from 9 a.m. until service time. Interment is in Williams Cemetery, Lacombe. 

Richardson Funeral Home of St. Tammany is in charge of services.
