Sirera, Jr. and William Sirera; and sisters, Joyce Sirera Vitter and Doris Sirera Canulette. Survivors include her sister, Carol Sirera Renaudin; her children, Einar Nedland Pedersen, Jr. (Linda), Leif Nedland Pedersen (Sheryl), Ellen Pedersen Conlin (Dan), Ingrid Pedersen Kariker (Garland), Kristian Nedland Pedersen, Sr. (Noer Aulia) and Karin Pedersen Becker (Herman); her grandchildren, Tracy Dreiling, Kristin Barlow, Michael Conlin, Karla Connell, Einar Pedersen, III, Erika Ching, Kirk Kariker, Keith Brock, II, Kristian Pedersen, II, Kandace Brock, Austyn Pedersen, Ellen Pedersen and Dane Pedersen; her step-grandchildren Monique Becker and Ii Pedersen and 21 great grandchildren. "Our father gave music to our lives; our mother provided the laughter". She was involved for over 25 years as the registrar and craft director for Tulane Day Camp and worked a dozen additional years at the University Center's information desk where she was affectionately known by students, faculty and staff as "Aunt Jean". It was the wish of our parents to have their ashes co-joined and spread among the grounds of their beloved Tulane University and Audubon Park. An Oak tree in the park will be dedicated with a plaque in their memory at a remembrance service at a later date. The family would like to thank the Wade family, DaVita, Notre Dame Hospice and ComforCare for the care they provided. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Norwegian Seamen's Church, 1772 Prytania Street; New Orleans, LA 70130. ===================
