Sara Ella "Nell" Eustis Nordgren, born July 25, 1922 and passed away on January 
10, 2011 at her home.

Beloved wife of Gordon E. Nordgren, Sr. for the past 67 1/2 years. Mother of 
Gordon E. Nordgren, Jr. (Terren), George E. (Cinda), Geoffrey E. (Patricia), 
Glenn E. (Kim), Grant E. (Sybil), Gregg E. Nordgren (Lori), Gayle E. Ross, 
Gretchen E. East (Ted) and Gina E. Graham (Darryl) and the late Gary E. Nordgren 
(Sandy). Sister of Lawrence B. Eustis, Sara E. Harris, James Eustis and the late 
Ernest L. Eustis, Jr., Joseph B. Eustis, Henry C. Eustis II, Christine P. Perez-
Sandi and Nancy E. Cutler. Also survived by 27 grandchildren, 20 great-
grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Aged 88 years. A native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of the Covington and 
Folsom, LA area. Nell could always be found in the kitchen preparing meals for 
her family and often times, for friends of the family. 

In lieu of flowers, donation may be made on her behalf to the Food Bank of 
Covington (All Saints Ministries), 840 N. Columbia St., Covington, LA 70433.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the memorial services 
on Thursday, January 13, 2011 at 3:00 PM from E.J. Fielding Funeral Home Inc., 
2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433. Visitation from 1:00PM until service 
time.
