Lawrence Peter "Junior" Meyer passed away on Friday, January 7, 2011 at the age 
of 66. 

Junior was born in Winterhaven, Florida and lived the majority of his life in 
Southern Louisiana. He was a Veteran of the United States Army and worked for 
Berner's Air Conditioning & Heating for many years as an air conditioning and 
heating technician. 

He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Neel Meyer; his mother, Anna Mae Meyer; 
two brothers, John and Kenny Meyer; three sisters, Marie Hoeltke, Bernice Koehn, 
and Evelyn Landa; his children, Pamela Mills Patorno, Lisa Meyer Ourso, Deborah 
Mills Drumm, Debora Meyer Mayer, Stephanie Mills Flores, June Meyer Shows, 
Richard Mills, Jr., and Lawrence Meyer, III.; his sons-in-law, Richard Patorno, 
Donald Ourso, Walter Mayer, Mario Flores, and Willie Shows, his daughters-in-law 
Cheryl Saizan Mills and Jennifer McClelland Meyer; his grandchildren, Mallory, 
Lindsay, Patrick, John, and Trevor Patorno, Amy, Ashley, and John Ourso, 
Kristene Thompson, Amanda and Steven Lemay, Sierra Drumm, Walter Mayer, Gail 
Lowery, Mario and Vincent Flores, Brittney Morris, Heather and Willie Shows, 
Keith Kain, Richard and Cody Mills, and Isabelle and Kate Meyer; his great 
grandchildren, Bailee Mayer, Arielle and Peyton Lowery, and Ashlyn and Kolden 
Morris.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Mass at St. Luke the 
Evangelist Catholic Church, 910 Cross Gates Blvd. Slidell, LA 70461 on Friday, 
January 14, 2011 at 11:00 am. Visitation will be held at the church from 9:30 am 
until service time.

In lieu of flowers, masses are preferred or donations may be made to: St. Luke
